At Wodson Park
Wodson Park is a community facility and actively encourages local non-profit community groups and charities to use our Wadesmill Suite on Friday evenings for fundraising purposes for a reduced fee.
We can host quiz nights, dances, charity auctions… in fact, whatever event you want to hold to raise money for your cause.
The Wadesmill Suite dance floor and lounge bar 1 are included within the Friday Fundraisers fee. If other areas are needed (and are available), there will be an additional hire charge.
Organisers of Friday Fundraisers must produce evidence that they are a representative of a bona fide non-profit community group or charity group when booking the Wadesmill Suite.
We are unable to accept Friday Fundraiser reduced-rate bookings without the appropriate identification or relevant organisation evidence.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept a booking for an event where the guests will be predominantly aged 21 and under.
